Your SaaS product and its website, built by one person .

I help SaaS founders and small teams get from an idea to something that actually sells: an MVP, the product design around it, and a marketing site that does its job. Day to day I do exactly this for one of the biggest restaurant SaaS platforms in Europe. You talk to me, not to an account manager, from the first sketch through launch and whatever comes after.

What I do

Two kinds of work, the same skill underneath.

From shaping the message to shipping the code, it's me the whole way. Nobody relays your brief down a chain and hands you back something adjacent to what you asked for.

01 / Product

Product design and MVP

First versions of new products, plus ongoing work on SaaS platforms that already have users. Discovery, UX, and the frontend code that ships. An MVP with a scope we agree on up front takes 4 weeks.

  • Discovery and scope
  • UX/UI and design system
  • Design to code
  • MVP in 4 weeks
  • Iteration after feedback
02 / Website

SaaS marketing website

Sites that sell the product rather than describe it: content structure, load speed, technical SEO. Either a new build or a move off WordPress that keeps your rankings where they are.

  • Architecture and messaging
  • UX/UI design
  • Technical SEO
  • Payload CMS with a simple admin panel
  • Migration without losing traffic

Start

You're launching a SaaS

You've got an idea and you'd rather test it than fund a full product on faith. You get an MVP with an agreed scope and a landing page that starts collecting your first users.

Growth

You have a product, but no designer

The product keeps growing while the UX quietly falls behind, and every new screen looks like it came from a different app. I come in as your product designer on a monthly basis, sort out the UX, build a design system, and ship the changes myself.

Website

Your website is holding marketing back

WordPress crawls, editing anything hurts, and every small change waits on a developer. I move the site to a modern stack without dropping your Google traffic, and hand marketing an admin panel they can run without asking anyone.

How I work

How a project actually runs.

  1. Krok 01

    Direction

We agree on the goal, who it's for, and where the project ends, then set priorities together. DataForSEO and Ahrefs do the research legwork, and AI helps me get through it faster, but the calls are mine and they come from having done this before.

  2. Krok 02

    Build

I design in Figma; once you sign off, I write the code. I work from my own modular CMS and component library, which is why custom views come together fast without the code turning into a mess you can't edit later.

  3. Krok 03

    Launch

It goes live on your domain, we measure what happens, and the first version closes properly. What you have at the end works. Not a mockup with a list of things still to do.

  4. Krok 04

    Ongoing development

Launch isn't where I disappear. On a monthly arrangement I keep building: new features, content, optimization. Because I already know your codebase, each change costs less than the one before it.

About me

I believe in the 20/80 rule

I'm Damian Urbaniec and I've been designing digital products for more than 10 years. My day job is product design and the website at one of the biggest restaurant SaaS platforms in Europe, where I moved that site off WordPress onto a modern stack and keep building the product itself. I read projects the way an owner does: what it costs, what it risks, and whether the market has said yes yet.

The conversation starts with your goal, not a feature list. I design for the 80% of the result that comes from 20% of the work, which is what an MVP actually is, and we only build further once the market has confirmed the direction.

What you won't get is a proposal listing features in the abstract, leaving you to guess whether any of them move you closer to what you wanted. The scope ties back to your goal, and you can see what each part of it costs.

More about me

Let's talk about your SaaS.

MVP, product design, a website, whichever it is. Two or three sentences about the project is plenty to start. I reply myself, within 24 hours.
